Lake Ozark Vacations, a PMG company has been providing rental services at Lake of the Ozarks since 1985 - offering short-term, vacation rentals and long-term leasing. Our services include a professionally staffed reservation, accounting, leasing and marketing department; a housekeeping department offering rental and private cleaning services; plus, a full service maintence department. For emergencies, each department has a representative on-call, 24 hours a day, 365 days a year.

We supply our owners with detailed monthly income and activity statements. Sixty percent of the total income is distributed to the owner (net of any discounts, travel agent's commissions, and credit card expenses). Forty percent is retained by PMG as your management company.

We believe that we have the expertise and knowledge to represent your condominium or home in a professional and knowledgeable manner.
