Association Management

Managing 1,500 Units Across the Lake

Professional Management Group Inc. is currently managing seventeen associations that are comprised of nearly 1,500 units on all borders of the Lake.  These include some complexes that are still under development, as well as more mature complexes, ranging from 17 to 218 units in size.
Our staff has extensive experience in managing and maintaining condominium complexes in the Lake of the Ozarks area. In business for over 34 years, without a change in ownership, we strive to adapt to changes in demographics, technology and aging facilities. Upper management members have worked in the association management industry an average of 26 years and many other employees have been a member of the PMG family for over 10 years.
Additionally, resources for insurance, legal and other professional services imperative to operating the business of a condominium association are available.

The PMG staff is supplemented by a toll-free 800 telephone number, a 24-hour emergency telephone system and website providing services to Homeowners.
