PMG offers various preventative maintenance programs conducted on a yearly, semi-annual, and quarterly basis. Let us create a plan based on your specific needs.
We also have a variety of second-home management services to suit your needs. These services include, but are not limited to:
- periodic property checks
- winterization
- leaf and snow removal
- general maintenance services
Following each visit, if any repairs are recommended, a report will be generated and mailed to you. Unless otherwise listed, all repairs approved by the owner will be performed and billed at the current hourly rate, plus the cost of supplies.
