Full-Time Year Round Grounds/Maintenance Employee Needed!

Must be a self-starter that works well independently and be a team player. Duties include, but are not limited to, the following: mowing, weed eating, leaf blowing, power washing, cleaning swimming pool and docks, dock water line repairs, deck board repairs/replacements, photocell and lighting repairs, breaker replacements, trimming shrubs, general cleaning, etc. Weekends required during the summer months. Monday-Friday during the off-season.
